Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please be considerate of our time, any appointment made in advance will require 48 hour cancellation notice. You may reach us by phone, email or text. VS will make every attempt to contact the patient(s) 12-24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If we are unable to receive confirmation, we will cancel the appointment. A cancellation fee of $30, may apply if your 48 hour cancellation notice is not given. If we arrive at the appointment for the blood draw and are unable to collect the specimen due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e.: (patient refuses, patient not available, pre-collection procedures not followed). The patient/guarantor may be responsible for the full charges of the appointment.
